Be active in the server:
Pick one server you wish to become admin in. If you want to get admin in more than one server or multiple servers, simply just be active in one server and earn admin in the one server and earn others as time elapses. Simply apply for multiple servers at once makes it seem like your hungry for admin, which isn't really a good thing. Not only that, but if you earn admin in one server you can add it to your next admin application, which the Head Admin/Developers use to evaluate your application

General Tips to get Admin:
1. Make sure you are well known in the server by all Admin and even regular players
2. Try to be a positive player (no bans on record, not known in a negative way by players/QG staff)
3. Try to get a few vouches from admins of QG (Do not ask for vouches, instead simply ask if they can view your admin app)
4. Be active on Server & Forums. This is an important one, because once you become admin (if you do, this is your biggest task).
5. Make the server fun and enjoyable for all.

Vouches= +1 and -1. if a admin does +1 he will give a reason why, (+1 as yes i want him/her to become an admin). same for the -1 they will -1 you if they think you shouldn't get admin because of this reason.
